Customer Satisfaction is Important to Us

We want you to love your Karma guitar. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your instrument within 5 calendar days of receiving it. To ensure fairness and protect our growing business, please review the following important conditions carefully:

Return Conditions

  • The instrument must be in brand-new condition, with no signs of use or wear.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.

  • Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality control team.

  • A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from your refund to cover processing, inspection, and reconditioning.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Please keep the original shipping box and materials to avoid additional packaging fees.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 15 to 21 business days after we receive and approve your returned instrument. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the 30% restocking fee and any shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Returns after 5 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • Instruments showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts/accessories will not qualify for return.

  • This policy protects Karma Guitars from abuse while providing a clear and fair process for genuine returns.
