Free shipping on orders over $999 MXN within México (excluding some remote areas).

We work with trusted carriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Paquetexpress, Tufesa and Estafeta to deliver your order safely.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location and chosen carrier.

Shipping Restrictions:

Some products with lithium-ion batteries may have special shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped by air to certain locations.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain carriers; in these cases, alternative arrangements or courier options may be required.
Order Processing:

Orders placed before 3 p.m. (local time) on business days are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

We do our best to keep inventory updated in real time, but availability is only guaranteed once your order is confirmed.
Changing Shipping Information:

Once your order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
International Orders:

For customers ordering from the United States, Latin America, Canada, and Europe, shipping costs and any fees related to customs, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Karma Guitars’ warehouses are located in México, and while we gladly accept orders from these regions, any additional charges imposed by local customs or import authorities must be assumed by the buyer.

Delivery Guarantee:

We partner with reliable carriers who typically deliver on time. If a carrier fails to meet the promised delivery time for an expedited shipment, we will review the case and may refund the expedited shipping fee.
