This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of a Karma instrument or pickup system, who resides in México and purchased the product from an authorized Karma Guitars dealer in México. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for products used under normal conditions and proper care.

1. Warranty Registration

To validate this warranty, the original purchaser must register the product within 30 days of the original purchase date by submitting the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Failure to register will void warranty coverage.

2. Warranty Coverage

Karma Guitars warrants that its instruments and pickup systems will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods:

  • Instruments: 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of original purchase.

  • Pickups and Electronics: 1 year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies only to Karma-branded products and only while owned by the original purchaser.

3. What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., strings, frets, saddles, nuts, finishes, batteries).

  • Cosmetic damage or natural variations in wood grain or color.

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, abuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Cracks, warping, or finish damage caused by exposure to humidity, temperature changes, sunlight, sweat, or improper storage.

  • Subjective issues such as tonal preferences or personal aesthetic opinions.

  • Pickups or components not manufactured by Karma Guitars.

  • Damage caused during shipping or transportation.

  • Instruments with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers.

  • Setup, adjustments, or routine maintenance.

4. Limitation of Liability

Karma Guitars’ sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion. Karma Guitars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of time, income, or use of the product.

Karma Guitars reserves the right to improve or modify any products without obligation to update or replace previously sold items.

5. Warranty Claims

You will receive instructions and a return authorization number (RA). The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to and from our service center.

Claims must include:

  • Proof of original purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • Description of the issue and photos, if applicable.

  • The instrument’s serial number and the owner’s contact information.

Repairs or evaluations will not be accepted without prior authorization.

6. Legal Notice

This limited warranty is the only valid warranty offered by Karma Guitars and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Some rights may vary depending on Mexican consumer laws, but this warranty fully complies with the legal requirements under PROFECO.
