Shipping Policy

We ship Karma Guitars® instruments to Mexico, the United States, and Latin America. Here are our timelines, costs, and conditions.

Mexico

• FREE shipping anywhere in Mexico.
• Estimated delivery time: approximately 5 business days after processing.
• Carriers: DHL, Paquetexpress, Tufesa Pack, and Estafeta (depending on area).

International shipping (US, Canada, Latin America, and Europe)

• Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout, in real time, based on your country and postal code, via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. You'll see the exact cost before paying.
• Taxes, duties, and import fees are the customer's responsibility.
• Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
• Shipping insurance is optional and purchased separately; we recommend it for high-value instruments.

Order processing

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
• You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Pre-orders

Pre-order products ship on the estimated date shown on their product page. Dates may shift; we'll notify you of any changes.

Addresses and undelivered packages

• Please verify your address is correct. Reshipments due to an incorrect address provided by the customer carry an additional cost.
• Refused or unclaimed packages returned to us may result in a charge for the new shipment and, if applicable, a reconditioning fee.

Transit damage

Inspect your instrument upon arrival. If it arrives damaged in transit, report it within 48 hours to info@karmaguitars.mx with photos of the packaging and the product so we can file a claim with the carrier or insurer.

Transfer of risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the item is handed to the carrier. That's why we recommend shipping insurance.
