A before and after for guitarists.
In a world where tradition meets innovation, a new force is rewriting the music industry. More than instruments, Karma Guitars® are the embodiment of passion, precision and power, made for those who demand excellence on stage. Designed by artists, developed by professionals and within reach of musicians everywhere, they're a game changer for Regional Mexican music and beyond.
For decades, guitarists in Regional Mexican music and other styles had limited options: either spend a fortune on a custom guitar, or settle for a mass-produced instrument that didn't capture the essence of their sound. Karma Guitars® changes that forever. We believe every musician from tomorrow's rising stars to seasoned professionals deserves an instrument that delivers quality, comfort and unmatched tone.

What makes Karma Guitars different?
Every model is built with a deep understanding of what a live player needs. They're not just guitars: they're extensions of the artist's soul. With premium materials, high-fidelity electronics and ergonomic designs made for the stage, Karma guitars combine durability, looks and sonic brilliance like few others.

The first docerola with unison pairs, straight from the factory
Karma Guitars® also made history by introducing the first 12-string guitar strung in unison pairs, straight from the factory. On top of that, we equip our docerolas with the Bridge Doctor as standard starting with the Spirit series, for greater stability and a longer life. Because we're from Mexico, we understand 100% what the customer needs. Today, big brands like Takamine and Taylor are following our path, and that only fuels our pride and our commitment to keep pushing limits. Karma did it in 2022 with three models Lotus, Enso and Infinity and it wasn't until the 2025 NAMM Show that Takamine followed with its GD74CE-12U model, and Taylor with its 657ce Doce Doble.

The Karma movement
But we don't just build guitars: we're building a movement. We give musicians the tools to push limits, break barriers and redefine their sound. Whether you're playing corridos on a big stage, blending genres in the studio or finding your voice as an artist, Karma Guitars® is with you every step of the way.
WHERE DO WE COME FROM?
| The Story of Karma Guitars

2008
Guitar in our blood
The family already made its living in retail, and the guitar entered the story early: a small business in Navojoa, Sonora that sold guitars made in Paracho, Michoacán. The instrument and the craft of selling have stayed with us ever since.

2016
Inside the genre
Working in production and touring with the great Regional Mexican artists of the time, we saw the problem with our own eyes: musicians were using docerolas made for other music, customizing them and having to modify them to get the sierreño sound.

2019
The first renders
The time we spent locked down during the pandemic became our design table. Between four walls we started creating our first renders: the first shapes, woods and dimensions of what would one day be a KARMA. The idea was finally starting to take shape.

2022
Karma Guitars® is officially born
After several years of testing, we turned that frustration into a brand. KARMA was the first to deliver a factory docerola strung in unison pairs, made for Regional Mexican music: ready to play, no trip to the luthier, within reach of the Mexican musician.

2024
Our first Bajo Quinto
The brand grows beyond the docerola and the guitar, driven by strong acceptance and demand from the Mexican market: KARMA AZTEK is born, our first line of bajo quintos. Same philosophy, ready to play from the factory.

2025
The industry followed us
Three years later, at the 2025 NAMM Show, the two titans, Takamine and Taylor Guitars, presented the GD74CE-12U and 657ce Doce Doble docerolas, respectively, as "something new" for Mexican Music. The same unison pairs setup that Karma Guitars had been building since 2022. We're proud to know that when the giants of the industry had only just turned to look at Regional Mexican music, Karma Guitars was already there.

2026
Our Own System: Boost Pro
We make the leap to our own engineering: we develop the KARMA BOOST PRO and KARMA BOOST PRO MAX systems, our EQs built for the stage, and the family grows to 8 lines from Starter to Pro Signature to back the requinto player at every stage of their career.

Today
The movement
Hundreds of requinto players and sierreño groups in Mexico and the United States already play Karma Guitars. Every model is tested in the hands of real artists, listened to and improved. We're not just another brand in the catalog: we're the brand that's changing the rules of the game in Regional Mexican music.

Tomorrow
The vision
To be the largest Mexican brand of guitars, docerolas and bajo quintos in the world, with the best distribution in Mexico and the United States.
Authentic guitars. Legendary sound.
