This site is operated by R1CHBOYZ LLC (“Karma Guitars”, “we”). Karma Guitars® is a registered trademark.

Purpose

Karma Guitars manufactures and sells musical instruments (docerolas, guitars, bajo quintos) and accessories in Mexico, the United States and Latin America.

Intellectual property

The Karma Guitars® brand, its logos, collection names, texts, photographs, videos, designs and other site content are the property of R1CHBOYZ LLC or are used with authorization, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Their reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

Use of the site

The user agrees to use the site lawfully. Attempting to damage, copy, decompile or gain unauthorized access to the site's systems is not allowed.

Limitation of liability

The information on the site is provided in good faith. We do our best to keep prices, descriptions and inventory up to date, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel orders affected by an obvious error. To the extent permitted by law, Karma Guitars will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site.
