These Terms govern the use of the karmaguitars.mx site and the purchase of Karma Guitars® products. By using the site or making a purchase, you accept these Terms.

1. Use of the site

You must be of legal age or have adult supervision to make a purchase. You agree to provide truthful information and to use the site lawfully.

2. Products, prices and availability

  • Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) or U.S. dollars (USD) as applicable, and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
  • We do our best to show colors, descriptions and inventory accurately, but variations or errors may occur.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors, change prices and limit quantities without prior notice.

3. Orders and right to cancel

Your order is an offer to buy that we may accept or decline. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, lack of inventory or failure to comply with these rules, refunding what was paid. In the event of cancellation, Karma does not hold your funds; the refund may take up to 15 business days to appear depending on your bank, which is outside Karma's control.

4. Pre-order

Products marked as pre-order are delivered on the estimated date shown (subject to change). By buying on pre-order you accept the waiting time; these products have the same return conditions as any other product.

5. Warranty and returns

Purchases are subject to our 12-month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects and to our Return Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content and trademarks on the site are the property of Karma Guitars® and may not be used without authorization.

7. User conduct

Using the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to abuse the return or warranty policies is not allowed. We may refuse service or future purchases to anyone who engages in abuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Karma Guitars will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Mexico. For consumers in Mexico, the Federal Consumer Protection Law and PROFECO apply.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms; the current version will always be published on the site.
