Do you ship to Mexico and the United States?
Yes. Shipping in Mexico is free on orders from $999 MXN. Delivery to the United States takes 7 to 14 business days and the cost is calculated at checkout.
Are accessories covered by warranty?
The 12-month warranty is for instruments and does not cover accessories. If an accessory arrives with a manufacturing defect, report it within 5 calendar days of delivery to support@karmaguitars.mx.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Report it within 72 hours of delivery to warranty@karmaguitars.mx.
What string gauge do Karma docerolas use?
Gauge 10-47, strung in pairs. Heavier gauges must not be installed.
