It arrives in two boxes, one per instrument. They are normally delivered the same day; they may arrive on different days if the carrier delivers them separately or if one of the two instruments is on pre-order.

Yes. Each instrument has a 12-month warranty and is registered separately at Register Your Warranty, within 30 days of receiving it.
