Can I return my product if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 5 calendar days from the day you receive it, as long as it is returned in factory-new condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging. A restocking fee of 15% applies if the product is returned intact, or 30% if accepted with signs of use.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Report it within 72 hours of delivery to warranty@karmaguitars.mx with photos and video of the packaging and the product. Shipping-damage coverage applies to orders with Shipping Insurance.
How long does shipping take?
Free shipping in Mexico on orders from $999 MXN; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping to the United States is calculated at checkout, 7 to 14 business days.
