Is there a 12-string (docerola) version?

Yes, the Lotus 12-string docerola version exists, the companion to this guitar.

Does it come with a Bridge Doctor?

Not as standard: the Bridge Doctor is included only on 12-string guitars from the Spirit series up. On this model you can add it for $599 MXN, plus $299 MXN for installation.
