Biography
Octavio Cuadras is a singer-songwriter from Sinaloa and the creator of corridos felices, a branch of Regional Mexican music that swaps the raw stories of the corrido for upbeat melodies and positive messages. He started at 12 as crew for bands in his region, where he learned tambora and snare drum, and later picked up the guitar to write songs.
In 2023 he broke through with "Salí De Las Calles" and with "Bling Bling" alongside Grupo Marca Registrada, which got a remix with Maluma. As a Fonovisa artist, in 2024 he released Corridos Felices, Corridos Felices Deluxe and Pa' Andar Happy.
